Registration and Fees

To register for an upcoming event please complete registration form and mail to the designated individual. VUMAC does not always do the registering for an event. If you need more information about registering or the event call Cyndi Schnell at 434-292-5308 and she can either help you or direct you to the proper individual.

The Center for Spiritual Formation or formerly known as the Gables-This beautiful restored house will accommodate small groups for meetings, individual and family retreats, receptions and banquets. There are four bedrooms available, a study library/den, and a sitting room off the master bedroom upstairs. There are two parlors, a dining room and modern kitchen downstairs. An elevator serves the second floor. This is a unique place for gatherings with a premium on ambiance and first class accommodations. Please call VUMAC for the rates and availability.

The 2008 rates for Non-Methodist Groups are as follows:

Registration or Administrative fees charged by a group in  addition to the Assembly Center's rates should be listed separately on promotional materials.

Advance Payments: An advance of $100.00 is required for each reservation contract.  This will be applicable to the final bill. Cancellation requirements are listed on the VUMAC standard contract for reservations.
